Nikole Yinger, MA

A systems thinker first, Nikole works at the nexus of organizational development and clinical psychotherapy. Her aim is to drive transformational change within the organizations she serves.

Nikole spent 5 years at Airbnb on the Learning & Development team, building and scaling the company’s offerings. This allowed her to build strong experience across disciplines including People Strategy, Diversity & Inclusion, and Organizational Design.

Nikole then acted as the Director of L&D at SNP Communications, a firm oriented towards founders and emerging leaders.

In addition to serving customers through EARLY/MID, Nikole also maintains a private practice as a therapist — specializing in trauma, workplace stress, and emotional regulation.

Lyman Hollins, MA

A skilled facilitator and beloved instructor, Lyman has been a faculty member in the Wright Institute’s Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology and Clinical Psychology Master’s programs, instructing the Multicultural Clinical Awareness Courses, since 2011.

He has a diverse professional background including being a retired longshoreman. In his clinical work, he works as a therapist in a variety of settings including school-based and family counseling services to multi-stressed, children, families and adults of diverse backgrounds.

Lyman is an East Oakland native and now enjoys life with his five sons and extended family in the Bay Area. He makes time to enjoy reading and watching anything related to science fiction.

Virginia MartinezWith 20 years of experience in all things Talent-related, Virginia brings an equity lens to all her work. Her motivation in life is to level the playing field, create more access, and unlock opportunities for the historically marginalized and under-resourced. Equal parts left brain and right brain, Virginia is both a strategic and creative partner to organizations, leadership, employees, and candidates. She specializes in experience designing corporate learning and training curricula, informed by her deep understanding of Human Centered Design and 5 years at design firm, IDEO. Virginia will tell you she is a New Yorker through and through, who happens to live in California. And besides English, she is fluent in Spanish and Emoji.

Jess Felts, MBA

A connector at her core, Jess brings together her background as a strategy consultant, coach, and start-up leader to take an integrated approach to leadership and team effectiveness.  Her north star is to create space and experiences for leaders, teams, and organizations to unlock their full potential.

Jess spent her early career in investment banking before attending the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business where she earned her MBA.  She then went on to work at McKinsey, focusing on strategy and organizational consulting before joining Medallia, a (then) pre-IPO customer experience SaaS company on the People & Culture team. Most recently, Jess was the Head of People for a digital marketing firm.

Jess serves as an executive coach, facilitator, and start-up advisor.

Kayoko Yokoyama, MA, Ph.D.A counseling psychologist and former Professor of Clinical Psychology, Kayoko has more than 20 years of diversity training, content development, and facilitation experience. She is currently an adjunct faculty member at The Wright Institute teaching courses like Sociocultural Awareness. She enjoys mentoring and teaching across topics including anti-racism and social justice as well as women's issues including body image and mothering. She currently works with Tsuru for Solidarity, a Japanese American advocacy group leading healing circles that address issues of intergenerational and community trauma.She was born in Tokyo, Japan and brings her bicultural, international, and feminist perspectives to her professional work.

Jasmine Morano

Jasmine spent the first decade of her career in various recruiting roles, from hiring interns for hyper growth companies to Executive Search for startups, both in-house and as a consultant. Her affinity for building relationships with candidates and hiring teams has made each of her roles meaningful and engaging. A satisfying day always includes strengthening trust and communication with her business partners, and she’s excited to put her skills to use as a Project Manager for EARLY/MID.

Jasmine has spent 4+ years as a Volunteer Crisis Counselor for Crisis Text Line and has aspirations of becoming a coach or mental health practitioner. She finds meaning in connection with others, in curiosity and in art.

Mahima Muralidharan, Psy.D.

A clinical psychologist with extensive experience, Mahima provides program development, training, and psychological care to organizations, individuals and families.

Mahima advises companies on workplace well-being, trauma informed practices and diversity and belonging initiatives.

Mahima has a keen interest in and socio-cultural process and is passionate about social justice and equity based initiatives. She serves as the Chief Psychology Officer at Tiatros Inc., a San Francisco based digital therapeutics company. She teaches widely in the Bay Area.

Tackie (TK) Huff, MSCommitted to guiding organizations to achieve more diversified, equitable and inclusive workspaces, TK is a people oriented facilitator with a talent for engaging and challenging different populations and perspectives. He believes that change occurs by working through discomfort.With a Master of Science in Management and Leadership, TK has worked with institutions of higher education, community support organizations and corporate businesses. He assists organizations with moving the dial from cultural awareness to tangible actions that create spaces of belonging. TK facilitates trainings focused on DEI broadly with a focus on understanding social identities and allyship development.TK also works as a police officer where he teaches courses at his local law enforcement academy.
